PhD Candidate in Economics · Applied Micro & Distributional Macro
I am from Myanmar (Burma) with graduate degrees in Economics and Environmental Management. My doctoral research focuses on how environmental shocks shape economic inequalities, and household behaviors under imperfect markets in developing countries.
My work bridges empirical and structural approaches using causal inference, machine learning and microeconometrics to identify mechanisms, and heterogeneous agent models to quantify their aggregate implications.
